Check-in is from 4:00 PM (4:00 PM) โ you can arrive anytime after that, there are no time restrictions.
Early check-in or late check-out is not possible without an additional charge.
๐ก Tip: In Interlaken West you will also find lockers if you arrive earlier or leave later and still want to experience something without luggage.
๐ Arriving by car
๐ The address of the SURFERSHOME is:
Dorfstrasse 74-78, 3707 Dรคrligen
It is a former hotel complex โDu Lacโ
You can park in a private car park west of the Du Lac area.
The parking lot for the Surfers Lodge is marked with the number BE 130 588 labeled.
Then you go down the small footpath and walk to House B. After the passage, the entrance is on the right. โ
๐ก Tip: For loading and unloading, you can drive up directly to the back of the Du Lac buildings (near the entrance to House B). After that, please park as described above.
๐ก Tip: The large public car park is subject to a fee. Thank you for understanding that we cannot pay for any fines.
๐ Getting there by public transport (train and bus)
You can easily reach Dรคrligen by train to Interlaken West and bus number 60 to the Dรคrligen Dorf stop. The journey takes approximately 6 minutes. The bus runs hourly, sometimes twice an hour.

From Dรคrligen station it is about a 4-minute walk to Areal Du Lac , where the SURFERSHOME is located.

You will find the doorbells at the main entrance.
ย 1๏ธโฃ Search for the bell with the label Surfers LODGEย and ring.
2๏ธโฃ As soon as you hear the buzzer ๐, you can push the door open .
โ If it doesn't work: please contact us โ we have a key box for emergencies.
Apartment door
Go upstairs โ unfortunately we donโt have a lift:

2 stairs to Surfers STUDIO ๐ก
3 Stairs to Surfers LODGE ๐๏ธ (your department)
Walk down the hallway all the way to the back.
There you will find the door with the logo and name of your holiday apartment.
Enter the following PIN on the door frame, which you received via message/email, to open the door.
๐ก Tip: Type in the 6 digits directly, do not touch any other keys.
๐ก Tip: To finish, press the triangle at the bottom right (โถ๏ธ)

๐งณ Check-out
Checkout is no later than 10:00 a.m . (10:00 a.m.). Please leave the apartment on time.
- ๐ If you received a key, leave it on the table.
- ๐งผ Leave the apartment clean and tidy
- Leave the garbage bag in the apartment .
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Please do the dishes โ or leave a tip for the cleaning team ๐

๐๏ธ Waste
The full garbage bag (fee-based, gray, official bag) can be disposed of in the container at Building B.
Please refrain from disposing of black or other bags in the container. This is not permitted. Thank you for your help!
Please contact us to receive a new garbage bag .
๐ฟ Washing / Showering
Like most bathrooms in Switzerland, we don't have a drain in the bathroom floor . Please stand in the bathtub or shower tray when washing or showering. We would be very grateful.
โ ๏ธ Water on the floor can cause water damage.
๐งบ Laundry
Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the accommodation.

๐โโ๏ธ Pool & Seezugang
- Pool: free to use from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Lake: Access is via the footbridge (under the railway tracks). If anyone asks, just tell them you're guests of SURFERSHOME.CH ๐
- ย Tip: Have a drink or snack at the Hafepintli by the lake
๐ญ Smoking ban / Pet ban
- Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing animals into the apartment is strictly prohibited .
- In case of violation: CHF 800 for steam cleaning of the entire accommodation.

๐ For safety reasons, please keep the front doors closed at all times โ day and night.
๐คซ Please observe the legal rest periods โ especially the Swiss night rest from 10 p.m. ๐ until 7 a.m.
Please keep TV ๐บ, music ๐ถ and conversations ๐ฃ๏ธ quiet.
๐ซ Please do not leave any objects in the stairwell โ e.g. garbage bags, shoes ๐, bags ๐ or strollers ๐ถ.
๐ซถ In general, be considerate and polite when dealing with other residents โ this way everyone feels comfortable ๐
